InsurTech LIVE: Meet HUB International’s Bryan Davis
Ahead of InsurTech LIVE this October, we run you through the experiences and expertise of our accomplished guest speakers.
Among them is Bryan Davis, EVP of Hub International and EVP of VIU by HUB. We take a look at Davis’ career to date and the path that took him to Hub International.
Bryan Davis, EVP and Head of VIU, Hub International
As EVP of Hub International, Davis is responsible for the firm’s vision and strategy, and investment priorities and supports the network of its alliance partners.
Davis brings to the role experience across property and casualty lines as well as financial services, including personal and commercial lines.
Working at Nationwide's Insurance division in the US for over five years, Davis was first its Director of Product Management and Pricing, a position he held from 2010 to 2013, before moving on to become its Associate VP of Operations, then Associate VP of Strategic Administration for the CEO.
He then moved to the financial division of Nationwide, Nationwide Financial, in 2016 – first as its Financial Executive Rotation Leader, before moving on to become Divisional VP from 2017 to 2019.
Then, after a short period at insurer USAA, Davis joined Hub International as EVP and Head of Transactional Lines. In this position for over three years today, Davis also became EVP of VIU by HUB in 2022, a position he also remains in today.
