Fadata and CellPoint Digital have teamed up to deliver efficient payment operations for insurers

Fadata has collaborated with CellPoint Digital to enhance its Payment Orchestration solution, offering insurers an opportunity to provide seamless integration and a variety of flexible payment options for policyholders worldwide.

With the ready-made solution from CellPoint Digital, users of Fadata’s core solution, INSIS, will be able to streamline payment processes to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance overall payment management. Cloud-ready platform INSIS is made for insurers to automate processes, with customer satisfaction as a priority.

The integration between INSIS and CellPoint Digital expands insurers' access to a vast network of payment options, including 28 card schemes, 168 Alternative Payment Methods, and over 200 Acquirers, PSPs & Aggregators, for both incoming and outgoing payments. This comprehensive integration also supports various payment features such as stored cards, pay by link, split payments, instalments, multi-currency, fraud checks, and card routing. Notably, CellPoint enables pay-by-link functionality without relying on third-party intermediaries, streamlining the payment process. By directly communicating with INSIS, CellPoint ensures that successful payments trigger automatic policy activations, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enhancing efficiency for insurers.
