M-Pesa is Africa’s largest Fintech, with 50 million customers across seven markets. Duting his time there, Mann has been developing and launching products across the UK and Africa starting as Sainsbury’s first Product Manager, to launching Barclays first Wealth App and more recently launching mobile apps across Sub-Sahara Africa. He has a passion for Digital inclusion, design and delivery.
As a digital native leader, he has over 10 years of experience launching digital products across e-commerce, retail banking, and mobile money. He has experience leading agile teams across multiple markets including Europe, Asia and Africa to meet both consumer and business customer needs.
