Insurtech Quotall forms strategic partnership with Acrisure

Insurtech Quotall has formed a strategic partnership with insurance broker Acrisure to strengthen its distribution capabilities

Quotall, an insurtech specialising in ecosystems, has announced it has formed a strategic partnership with insurance broker Acrisure. As part of the collaboration, Acrisure aims to meet the portfolio requirements of Quotall clients by providing insurance product sourcing and insurer partnership services.

Quotall claims that the partnership agreement will also further strengthen its distribution capabilities and reach.

Offering a “consolidated solution” for larger companies

The joint venture is expected to offer larger companies a “consolidated solution” for launching seamless digital insurance channels. Simon Ball, CEO of Quotall, said: “This strategic agreement with Acrisure is another important step for Quotall as it focuses “on broadening future opportunities to both existing and new-to-brand customers.

“We have strong new business prospects in the pipeline, including discussions with some additional affinity brands, and this partnership with Acrisure will allow us to deliver first-class insurance solutions to a broader range of personal and SME customers,” he added.

Talking about joining the insurtech market, Grahame Millwater, Head of Global Insurance at Acrisure in London, said: “As a relative newcomer to the UK retail sector, we have no legacy issues preventing us from entering the market with a digitally-led proposition. We believe that savvy new market entrants who are not currently selling insurance but have strong brand equity and loyal customer bases will have a significant impact on the UK insurance market.

“Our Affinity plan is designed to put us at the forefront of this industry transformation and partnering with Quotall for class-leading e-trading capabilities as well as agile insurers willing to support our strategy for capacity are core to us meeting our goals and ambitions. We are already working closely with Quotall on a number of client propositions and look forward to developing our excellent relationship still further,” added Millwater.

Acrisure has substantial experience in managing a high volume of insurance portfolios for both personal and commercial use. Quotall has claimed that its agreement with Acrisure is “consistent” with its strategy of developing a leading network of strategic partnerships which have the ability to attract customers quickly.
