Priceline, an online travel agency for finding discount rates for travel-related purchases such as airline tickets and hotel stays, has partnered with Cover Genius, a leading insurtech firm specialising in embedded protection.
The new partnership will launch in North America, the collaboration aims to offer improved travel protection for flights, hotels, rental cars, and packages booked through Priceline.
Through its integration with Cover Genius' acclaimed global distribution platform, XCover, Priceline provides its customers with a range of features designed to enhance their travel protection experience. Once protection is purchased, users can effortlessly review policy details, access support, file claims, and receive immediate payments for approved claims via their XCover Account. Cover Genius supports a seamless digital claims process with policies available in over 40 languages and instant payments in more than 90 currencies. This efficient service is reflected in their industry-leading post-claims Net Promoter Score.
