Novidea, the creator of the cloud-based, data-driven enterprise insurance management platform for insurance agencies, brokers, carriers, and MGAs/MGUs, has announced that Madanes Insurance Agency, a leading insurance broker specialising in large and complex insurance schemes has gone live with its insurance management platform.
The platform, now fully operational, is used by hundreds of the agency’s staff members.
Novidea's new platform has facilitated the complete digitisation of Madanes’ operational and business processes. It is now capable of merging vast quantities of data from insurance companies with internal information from various departments and divisions within Madanes. The integration establishes a singular, comprehensive source of data, offering a holistic 360-degree view of each customer.
Detailed customer profiles, encompassing all insurance products, payments, claims, and referrals, empower agents to precisely tailor risk products to meet individual customer needs at the most competitive prices. The customer journey at Madanes is analysed and improved with greater ease, speed, and accuracy, all while ensuring robust data privacy and security.
Madanes has also introduced a multi-channel communication system, encompassing WhatsApp, SMS, email, and a phone centre. The innovation enables customers to contact the company easily, receive swift responses, and independently manage various tasks.
Madanes can now boast full digitisation of all operational and business processes.
