Cytora has partnered with PriceHubble in a collaboration which offers insurers exclusive, real-time data on cladding status for 1.2 million UK properties

Cytora, the leading digital risk processing platform, has teamed up with PriceHubble, a global property data solutions provider, to transform how insurers access real estate intelligence.

The partnership will deliver unprecedented insights and data-driven tools to underwriters, enabling them to evaluate property risks with greater precision.

Cytora’s platform helps commercial insurers digitise and process risk efficiently. By integrating real-time data, including PriceHubble’s cutting-edge analytics, it aims to provide underwriters with faster, more accurate risk assessments, making smarter decision-making easier.

A smarter approach to risk

Through this collaboration, insurers will gain access to one of Europe’s most comprehensive residential real estate databases, thanks to PriceHubble.

The platform offers a wealth of information, including valuations, market analyses and building simulations. Insurers will be able to assess risks tied to individual properties or entire portfolios in real time, enabling them to respond more effectively to market changes and potential vulnerabilities.

PriceHubble's data-driven approach allows for deeper market transparency. Its product suite provides clients, including banks, property managers and real estate agents, with insights such as energy performance and value forecasts.

Now, underwriters using Cytora’s platform can tap into this same data, giving them a sharper edge in understanding property-related risks.

The collaboration also includes access to the UK’s National Cladding Dataset for Tall Buildings.

This crucial dataset, covering more than 1.2 million residential units, is regularly updated, allowing insurers to evaluate the cladding status of high-rise and mid-rise buildings. With cladding being a key concern in property risk management, this feature will be invaluable in helping underwriters make informed decisions quickly.

Strengthening risk intelligence

This partnership is part of Cytora’s broader strategy to create a comprehensive data ecosystem for the insurance industry. By continually expanding its network, Cytora aims to improve how insurers handle and process risk.

It follows several significant collaborations for Cytora, including deals with major industry players like Chubb and Arch. These partnerships reflect its growing influence in the insurance world, with its focus on improving data accuracy and risk assessment.

The company is dedicated to helping insurers make smarter, faster decisions by delivering high-quality, real-time data directly through its platform.

Juan de Castro, COO at Cytora, emphasises the impact this collaboration will have on the industry; “By joining forces with PriceHubble, we are going to be able to bring a new level of precision and depth to real estate data for insurers.
