ComplyAdvantage, the leading financial crime intelligence company, has appointed Paul Kizakevich as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This strategic hire comes as the company prepares for its next phase of global expansion and growth.

“We continue to see increased demand from large enterprises, all of whom are unhappy with the status quo and are looking to improve efficiency and efficacy by evolving from overly manual, inefficient, on-premise financial crime risk management solutions,” says ComplyAdvantage CEO Vatsa Narasimha. “Paul’s impressive record of accelerating growth for AI-driven, cloud-native, risk and security companies will be critical as we demonstrate the value ComplyAdvantage can bring to those global customers.”

Paul brings 25 years of experience in senior commercial roles, with a strong background in AI and high-growth leadership. His appointment is particularly timely as the financial crime industry faces significant challenges, including annual losses of up to US$2tn and the need to leverage advanced technology to combat criminal activities.

Prior to joining ComplyAdvantage, Paul served as president and CRO at Katalon, an AI-augmented software testing automation platform that achieved remarkable revenue growth. He also held leadership positions at ASAPP and ThousandEyes, where he worked with major financial institutions.

In his new role, Paul will oversee ComplyAdvantage's global commercial organisation, focusing on increasing market penetration, investing in partnerships, and ensuring success for the company's 1,600 customers. His appointment aligns with ComplyAdvantage's growing momentum in the U.S. market, further strengthened by the recent addition of Eric Lightfoot as VP of sales.

“ComplyAdvantage has an impressive track record of using AI to disrupt the fraud and anti-money laundering market,” Paul says. “The company’s team of dedicated individuals is focused on providing the technology, data, and insights to help customers manage their risk exposure and fight financial crime. I am thrilled to join this group of extraordinary people to help the company achieve its vast potential.”
