Sprout.ai, the leading claims automation platform for the insurance industry, has appointed Ian as the first member of its growth advisory board, effective immediately, aiming to enhance Sprout.ai’s commitment to innovation and improve customer experiences within the insurance sector.

Ian brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including two decades in senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Claims Officer at Zurich, where he oversaw a team of 8,500 employees across 200 territories, managing approximately 7.5 million claims annually. His extensive background in AI, digitalisation and data innovation positions him as an invaluable asset to Sprout.ai.

In his new role, Ian will focus on shaping Sprout.ai’s strategic product direction and go-to-market strategy while identifying business opportunities within the insurance landscape. His expertise in customer proposition development will be crucial in addressing the challenges faced by insurers and their clients.
