Allianz Partners Launches Allyz Travel Companion App

Today's travellers want more than just the financial protection that insurance provides, says Tomas Kunzmann, CEO of Allianz Partners

Headquartered in France, Allianz Partners is a global leader in B2B2C insurance and assistance, offering global solutions that span international health and life, travel insurance, mobility and assistance. Present in over 75 countries, the firm’s 21,900 employees speak 70 languages and handle over 72.5 million cases each year, as the company innovatively redefines insurance services by delivering future-ready, high-tech high-touch products and solutions that go beyond traditional insurance.

In an important milestone in the expansion of Allianz Partners' digital platform, allyz, has been launched as a mobile app. As well as access to the full suite of insurance benefits available to customers, the app provides travellers with trusted advice and expertise in an effort to provide a rounded, holistic experience and piece of mind for the end-user.

Originally introduced as a web app in 2020, the platform provides users with pre-travel advice and inspiration, storage for all travel documents and access information on local services whilst travelling.

"Today's travellers want more than just the financial protection that insurance provides,” says Tomas Kunzmann, Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Partners.
